Store Credit (Limited Cases Only)
At our discretion, we may offer store credit for unused and unopened items returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Approved store credit will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Conditions & Deductions
If a return is approved for store credit:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
The original shipping cost, including any free shipping promotion, will be deducted from the store credit
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred when the item is returned to Australia are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the store credit if paid by us
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue store credit for:
Used or installed products
Change-of-mind purchases
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. In these cases, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.
Customs Duties & Import Fees
Weeup does not cover import taxes, duties, or customs charges. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are usually paid directly to the courier prior to delivery.
As most orders are shipped from Australia, additional import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These costs vary and cannot be estimated in advance.
